TicketsNow just announced a new online buying experience. It is called ‘Fans Up Front’ and its purpose is to have satisfied ticket buyers again.
Over the past several months, various customers, artists, and many fans looking to get great seats to their favorite events were dissatisfied with the ticket resale industry and are now really looking for a better ticket buying experience. TicketsNow talked directly to their customers and other fans to understand their issues. Then they began building a new and better TicketsNow.com, one that they expect will set a new standard for how live event resale tickets are sold online.
